• This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.  
• You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, intense strobe lights and fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions and an overall physically demanding environment.  
• You should not enter a haunted attraction if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease.  
• Do not enter if you are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, taking medication or using drugs of any type.  If noticed by staff, you will not be admitted.  
• Items lost or dropped inside the attraction will not be returned, if found, for at least 24 hours.  
• No weapons of any type are allowed on this property.  

This Attraction May Be Too Intense For Young Children!  
Please Use Your Best Judgement Regarding The Appropriateness Of This Venue For Your Child. Children Under 12 Years Of Age MUST Be Accompanied By A Parent Or Guardian and no child may be carried.  If they cannot walk the haunt then they're too young to enter.  No child will be forced to enter against their will.  We do not touch out patrons intentionally and we do not allow vulgar language by our actors or our guest directed toward our actors. 

The participant  acknowledges the inherent risks involved with attending this haunted attraction and voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction.  In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, participant agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction at this location.
